About Pebblewit

Pebblewit is a small independent studio. We make browser games that are quick to start, kind to your attention and clever enough to keep you coming back.

Why "pebble"

A pebble is small, smooth and satisfying to hold. That is the feeling we aim for: games you can pick up for a few minutes, that fit in a pocket of your day, and that leave you a little sharper and a little calmer than before.

What we promise players

• No pressure. No countdown timers and no move limits. Mistakes cost stars, never progress.
• Fair puzzles. Every puzzle has one clear solution, and every solved group explains itself.
• Ads in their place. Our games are free because of advertising. Ads appear between levels, never in the middle of a puzzle, and videos for hints are always optional.
• No accounts. You can play without signing up. Your progress stays in your browser on your device.
• Readable for everyone. Large tiles, a typeface designed for legibility, dark mode and adjustable text size.

Our games

Wordfellows is our first game: a word association puzzle with 300 levels, fifteen painted chapters and a new daily board. More games are in the workshop, and they will appear on this site when they are ready to play.

You can play our games here on pebblewit.com. Some of them are also published on game portals, where the portal's own terms and privacy policy apply.
